NTSTATUS 0xC0000121 (STATUS_CANNOT_DELETE): An attempt has been made to remove a file or directory that cannot be deleted.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000123 (STATUS_FILE_DELETED): An I/O request other than close was performed on a file after it has been deleted, which can only happen to a request which did not complete before the last handle was closed via NtClose.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000128 (STATUS_FILE_CLOSED): An I/O request other than close and several other special case operations was attempted using a file object that had already been closed.

NTSTATUS 0xC000012C (STATUS_PAGEFILE_QUOTA_EXCEEDED): Pagefile quota was exceeded.

NTSTATUS 0xC000012D (STATUS_COMMITMENT_LIMIT): {Out of Virtual Memory} Your system is low on virtual memory. To ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your virtual memory paging file. For more information, see Help.

NTSTATUS 0xC000012E (STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_LE_FORMAT): The specified image file did not have the correct format, it appears to be LE format.

NTSTATUS 0xC000012F (STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_NOT_MZ): The specified image file did not have the correct format, it did not have an initial MZ.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000130 (STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_PROTECT): The specified image file did not have the correct format, it did not have a proper e_lfarlc in the MZ header.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000131 (STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_WIN_16): The specified image file did not have the correct format, it appears to be a 16-bit Windows image.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000136 (STATUS_OPEN_FAILED): The NtCreateFile API failed. This error should never be returned to an application, it is a place holder for the Windows Lan Manager Redirector to use in its internal error mapping routines.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000146 (STATUS_PAGEFILE_CREATE_FAILED): {Unable to Create Paging File} The creation of the paging file %hs failed (%lx). The requested size was %ld.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000147 (STATUS_NO_PAGEFILE): {No Paging File Specified} No paging file was specified in the system configuration.

NTSTATUS 0xC000014C (STATUS_REGISTRY_CORRUPT): {The Registry Is Corrupt} The structure of one of the files that contains Registry data is corrupt, or the image of the file in memory is corrupt, or the file could not be recovered because the alternate copy or log was absent or corrupt.

NTSTATUS 0xC000014D (STATUS_REGISTRY_IO_FAILED): An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.

NTSTATUS 0xC000014F (STATUS_UNRECOGNIZED_VOLUME): The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupt.

NTSTATUS 0xC000015C (STATUS_NOT_REGISTRY_FILE): The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, and the specified file is not in the format of a registry file.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000164 (STATUS_FLOPPY_VOLUME): The paging file cannot be created on a floppy diskette.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000165 (STATUS_FLOPPY_ID_MARK_NOT_FOUND): {Floppy Disk Error} While accessing a floppy disk, an ID address mark was not found.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000166 (STATUS_FLOPPY_WRONG_CYLINDER): {Floppy Disk Error} While accessing a floppy disk, the track address from the sector ID field was found to be different than the track address maintained by the controller.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000167 (STATUS_FLOPPY_UNKNOWN_ERROR): {Floppy Disk Error} The floppy disk controller reported an error that is not recognized by the floppy disk driver.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000168 (STATUS_FLOPPY_BAD_REGISTERS): {Floppy Disk Error} While accessing a floppy-disk, the controller returned inconsistent results via its registers.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000169 (STATUS_DISK_RECALIBRATE_FAILED): {Hard Disk Error} While accessing the hard disk, a recalibrate operation failed, even after retries.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000188 (STATUS_LOG_FILE_FULL): Log file space is insufficient to support this operation.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000189 (STATUS_TOO_LATE): A write operation was attempted to a volume after it was dismounted.

NTSTATUS 0xC000018E (STATUS_EVENTLOG_FILE_CORRUPT): The Eventlog log file is corrupt.

NTSTATUS 0xC000018F (STATUS_EVENTLOG_CANT_START): No Eventlog log file could be opened. The Eventlog service did not start.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000197 (STATUS_EVENTLOG_FILE_CHANGED): The log file has changed between reads.

NTSTATUS 0xC000019C (STATUS_FS_DRIVER_REQUIRED): A volume has been accessed for which a file system driver is required that has not yet been loaded.

NTSTATUS 0xC000019E (STATUS_INCOMPATIBLE_WITH_GLOBAL_SHORT_NAME_REGISTRY_SETTING): Short name settings may not be changed on this volume due to the global registry setting.

NTSTATUS 0xC000019F (STATUS_SHORT_NAMES_NOT_ENABLED_ON_VOLUME): Short names are not enabled on this volume.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001A0 (STATUS_SECURITY_STREAM_IS_INCONSISTENT): The security stream for the given volume is in an inconsistent state. Please run CHKDSK on the volume.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001A1 (STATUS_INVALID_LOCK_RANGE): A requested file lock operation cannot be processed due to an invalid byte range.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001A4 (STATUS_NOTIFICATION_GUID_ALREADY_DEFINED): {Invalid ACE Condition} The specified file already has a notification GUID associated with it.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001A7 (STATUS_NOT_ALLOWED_ON_SYSTEM_FILE): Requested action not allowed on a file system internal file.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001A8 (STATUS_REPAIR_NEEDED): A portion of the file system requires repair.

NTSTATUS 0xC00001AB (STATUS_FILE_METADATA_OPTIMIZATION_IN_PROGRESS): File metadata optimization is already in progress.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000204 (STATUS_RESOURCE_LANG_NOT_FOUND): Indicates the specified resource language ID cannot be found in the image file.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000218 (STATUS_CANNOT_LOAD_REGISTRY_FILE): {Registry File Failure} The registry cannot load the hive (file): %hs or its log or alternate. It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000220 (STATUS_MAPPED_ALIGNMENT): {Mapped View Alignment Incorrect} An attempt was made to map a view of a file, but either the specified base address or the offset into the file were not aligned on the proper allocation granularity.

NTSTATUS 0xC000022E (STATUS_FOUND_OUT_OF_SCOPE): The attempt to find the object found an object matching by ID on the volume but it is out of the scope of the handle used for the operation.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000243 (STATUS_USER_MAPPED_FILE): The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user mapped section open.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000249 (STATUS_IMAGE_MP_UP_MISMATCH): {UP/MP Image Mismatch} The image %hs has been modified for use on a uniprocessor system, but you are running it on a multiprocessor machine. Please reinstall the image file.

NTSTATUS 0xC0000256 (STATUS_REGISTRY_QUOTA_LIMIT): {Low On Registry Space} The system has reached the maximum size allowed for the system part of the registry. Additional storage requests will be ignored.
